WHO?Tap into the 25-and-under crowd who are actively using mainstream social media to connect, share and converse with hundreds of others in their age group. This group is very engaged online and are ready to become passionate advocates for a credit union that offers a fantastic job like this. WHAT?Challenge applicants to create content to show why they deserve the full-time spokester position with your credit union. What you get, on top of that, is cross-posting, cross-blogging, huge discussion threads and incredible traffic and conversation that spreads from each applicant through their huge network of connected friends. HOW?Expand your credit union member engagement and growth by allowing applicants and visitors to spread messages about the spokester job, the product and your credit union in general. WHERE?Showcase the Young & Free Spokester Challenge on our website platform that has the proven combination of design, messaging, navigation and participatory tools to attract applicants and visitors and to keep them involved. Our reach into the social media world through a proven online media plan works so well, you’ll find that a high average of applicants will be non-credit union members anxious to become members. PRODUCT TIE-INShowcase a unique product offer to maximize the program’s success. For single credit unions, we recommend a differentiated free youth account suite that stands out in your marketplace. For groups, we recommend a unified and differentiated free youth account suite. Alternatively, all participating credit unions should have its own unique free product offer for young people. AGENCY SUPPORTThe Youth & Free Spokester Challenge is an annual program that runs 52-weeks per year. Currency provides unlimited support and program management all year round. |
