According to the FDIC* as quoted in an American Banker article from July 2019:
"According to the FDIC, "14% of Hispanic households were unbanked in 2017, compared with 3% for white households and 2.5% for Asian households."

Also quoted in the article are stats about Hispanic population in 10 states†: "a population of 1 million or more Hispanic residents in 2017 — Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York and Texas."
