We only work with credit unions! We believe in the credit union movement so strongly that our agency will not work with banks, no matter how big the vault is! |

We do not give away our best thinking. We do not believe in the speculative RFP process. It diminishes the value of our industry and it takes precious time away from working with our clients. We believe that the creative process is a two-way collaboration and that working in an isolated competitive situation produces half-baked solutions at best. | |

We charge a fair price for our services. Before we get started on anything, we provide a formal proposal and we require signed approvals. There are no hidden charges or game playing. We are what we are and are proud of it. We believe in open communication in everything we do. |
