  • Discover trends. Are a greater number of "young adult" accounts being opened? Are members requesting loans for specific uses (such as fishing boats in a boating community or home loans in an area where people are starting families). Use this information to create statuses and blog posts that will engage your community.
  • Ask your members! When all else fails, get the info straight from the horse's mouth! Be direct. Ask your members what they want. You can glean information from physical questionnaires in branches, start an email campaign or even just pose the question: "How can we serve you better?
