Last Wednesday, after my trip to the Montego Bay, Jamaica for the CCCU and CUES International Convention, I flew to Rapid City, South Dakota for the Credit Union Association of the Dakotas 2012 Annual Summit.
Earlier this year, I received an email from Ralph Wharton, the General Manager of the Confederation of Caribbean Credit Unions (CCCU) asking me to come speak in Jamaica. It didn't take me long to hit reply with a resounding yes!
I steered Currency away from credit union naming and branding about four years ago, moving instead into offering our managed marketing programs. This move allowed us to get out of our own geography and to have a deeper impact.
